Account No: 0704244003
NTL have taken £102.52 from my bank account from January to June 2004
They have been charging me for broad band (unobtainable in my area from
NTL.)
Of course they have been stopping it without my permission and as it was
under £20 per month could have carried of for much longer if not noticed.
I realise that this sort of thing can occasionally happen accidentally in
the most
organised Companies.... but I have been finding it difficult to get my money
repaid .... they seem to have a difficulty finding someone to sign a cheque
for me.
Sinse June they have promised faithfully on four occasions that I would
receive my
money back quickly and failed to do so. I informed them a week ago that if
my money
was not returned in 7days that I would have to discuss it with my friends on
variouse news groups.
It appears that it is useless taking them to a Small Claims Court as they
would probably pay before the hearing and I would be out of pocket!
What they have failed to realise is that I am 75 and have lots and lots of
time on my hands to discuss this topic on a considerable number of news
groups.
What I would like to discuss is: CAN NTL BE TRUSTED WITH BANK DETAILS?
